At Myriad Seas, we strive to make every aspect of your booking as clear and seamless as possible, so you can focus entirely on looking forward to your stay in our family-founded hideaway in Pesada, Kefalonia.
Payment Policy
All rates include VAT and local taxes.
To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required upon confirmation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be requested via a secure payment link sent by our bank.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is payable at the time of confirmation and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Any transaction or bank fees are the responsibility of the guest.
Accommodation Tax: €15 per night (payable locally).
Cancellation & Amendment Policy
The 30% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival and only the deposit has been paid, no further payment is required.
If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, no refund will be issued.
For bookings where the full amount has already been paid
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 70% of the total booking value.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
Date changes are permitted subject to availability and may be subject to price adjustments based on the new dates.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
Parties and events are not allowed.
Pets are not permitted.
